Phlebotomy Requirements: -18 years old -High School Diploma or GED After completion of this class with 30 venipunctures and 10 capillary sticks, students are eligible to sit for the NHA CPT exam. *Cost of this exam in not included in tuition. Two month payment option available. Deposit due today and second payment before class start date. Contact school for more information.
